Tile-setting project and other handy bath remodeling projects

I need someone with tile setting experience to do a few handy work projects. I often have need for someone handy in various skills for my business. Most important is the person's ability to responsibly finish each project completely before moving on to the next project. So I will first focus on only one small project initially to see how it goes in terms of quality of work, time taken and interaction people-skills. I'll provide all materials. You need to have all the tools to do the projects. Please quote only for labor. First small project is tile-setting on a 7'x12' patio. I'll respond first to those who inform me of their $ per square foot rate in the subject line of their email response. It will be nice if you have some pictures of your past similar projects for reassurance. Thanks.
