Replace special lights in brick steps

The small lights that light the brick steps leading up to the front door of our house have been broken for quite some time. I'd like them both to be replaced. They were a special type of light but I don't care what it is replaced with. Just as long as they work and light up the steps. For this project, I'd like you to buy the lights and we'll pay you back. So you can bid $ + materials, etc. What is your bid? And when can you do the work?
