We are 3 musicians looking to share our rehearsal room with preferrably a 3-4 member band. The room is a 24 hr lockout and 19'x20' in size. Located at 2155 E 7th st Downtown Los Angeles 90023. 24 hr security is present within the building and you will need a Key card to enter the building. Which can be purchased for $10 refundable deposit at the managers office. Rent is mo. to mo. with a 1 mo deposit. Rent price will be based on number of members. Room is available for immediate move in and available to be shown during the week after 7pm and more flexible times on weekends.
