25 year custom homebuilder seeking experienced multi-craft assistant to manage jobsite organization and perform small projects- carpentry, sheetrock, punchlists, hardware, etc. Work closely with superintendent and builder.
Requirements and compensation.
1. 5 years minimum construction experience. Mature work ethic and responsibility Required.
2. Lead and perform projects to assist Superintendent as needed. Maintain an efficient schedule of your work
for the week coordinated with Project manager.
3. Provide your own truck and tools.
4. Hourly to start with intent to be on salary and bonus per house completion.
5. Compensation package designed to grow profit sharing and income.
6. Start around $25/hr but based on experience and tools.
7. Hours—7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. We respect work/personal time. Holidays off.
