She is 4-5 months old. Was found abandoned in an apartment building chained to a pole. Leasing office was researching and nobody claimed her for days. I was delivering packages to the office and offered to take her so she is safe from the pound. Unfortunately my husband and I cannot keep her. I would like to find her a nice owner. We have had her for a couple days and have food, dog bed, bowls, and toys we bought for her as well. She listens to the name Phoebe, and is obedient. She needs someone patient since she is still learning. She is very well mannered and behaves friendly in public. We took her to the river and she had lots of fun. Everybody adored her. She also loves to cuddle and take naps. I have not yet found out if she has any veterinary history but I have a coupon for a free visit. When I went to PetSmart they gave me a dog owner coupon book for free bags of food and discounts.
