lost blue parakeet

I dont know why my post is missing but i have posted 2x. i lost a very friendly blue parakeet boy (blue nose). He tries to talk. says i love you and what's up along with other things but it is hard to understand. he flew out 2 wks ago. I lost my phone and my bike was stolen while looking for him. very much missed my pics are on the phone but he looks like a basic blue Australian budgie parakeet small parrot bird
