23 Year Old Rock Singer looking to form or join band

I’m 23 years old and I live in battle ground. I’m into hard rock, punk rock, funk, hip hop, alternative, grunge, indie rock, nu metal, and some parts of metal. I’m looking to find musicians around my age preferably (18 to 24 years old) who want to make something powerful. And take a good shot at making it as a band. I have vocal samples I can send you and lyric ideas I can send over also. I have recorded vocals before multiple times and am constantly writing lyrics and always pursuing becoming better. Any of the genres I listed at the top I would be interested and feel I can do vocal ideas over it very well. My vocal influences are Kurt Cobain from Nirvana, Robert Smith from The Cure, Anthony Keidis from Red Hot Chili Peppers, Zack De La Rocha from Rage Against the Machine, Chris Cornell from Soundgarden, Tim Mcilrath from Rise Against, Hope Sandoval from Mazzy Star, Bradley Nowell from Sublime and a couple lesser known others. Obviously very 90s but looking to make something with a fresh feel. If that is something your band is interested in and feel I could make an impact let me know. Or if you are a piece of a band and want to band together and help look for the other pieces I am down for that too if our chemistry is right.
