We've completed a remodel and need to clean the inside of the house. All surfaces are new, so there is no buildup of grime. The house looks clean (i.e. no visible dust piles, etc). There is some sawdust. Mostly it's about wiping down all surfaces to get rid of dust. Floors are waxed oak so we will be using Osmo to clean it, probably most effective to spray and wipe with a rag. Wipe down walls and doors, dust all sills. House is 4000 sf. Again - it's mostly wiping away dust. Please let me know about your familiarity and experience with this kind of work. Do you work alone or with a crew. What's your hourly rate. Do you have an estimate for de-dusting a house of this size? I can provide photos as well. Hiring Saturday or Sunday.
