I’m a 50+ year old guy looking for a workout partner/ friend. I workout 4-5 days a week here in Chico but I can also travel. I’ve mostly worked out with females in the past and that seems to work best for me. I’ve had some injuries in the past so I’m not a heavy lifter. I like cardio and lighter weights. I’m 6’ 2” and weigh approximately 225 on a good day haha. Point is even though I’m a bigger guy I’m not about how much someone can lift. Let me know if you’re interested.
