Help me move? No furniture or heavy things

Hi. I’m moving from one studio apartment to another spot 2 miles away. I don’t have very much stuff, the biggest things are a lightweight mattress pad and digital keyboard and everything else will be in boxes or grocery bags. I have much less stuff now and last time I moved it was just 2-3 trips using a bigger car, not even a truck. I’m introverted and a bit anxious about moving and will really appreciate the help. I’m guessing it will be about 2 hours, maybe less. Hoping for Monday the 2nd, could also do the Saturday before (31) or Wednesday after (4th). Let me know your rate, thank you kindly!
