Description
Need a better voice than mine to sing this song. I'll accompany on acoustic guitar. Would like to play it live somewhere. Range F#2 to D#4 or you could sing it an octave higher.
First verse:
'Dogs think in pictures and the master would not ever lie.
Terms and conditions may apply.
You may dissemble like that one-named thane with designs on the throne.
Praised Scotland at table, entered his chambers alone.
They understand and with crossed front paws,
Sit by your feet there at the close of those so sorry days.
You, slumped in your chair in the screen-lit square,
Skin a pastel shade of the room in which you are interred,
A robin's egg blue of the recently deceased.
They know you lack but the morning
And the hour when your resolve is tenfold increased.'
Write me back if interested. I can send a lo-fi file of the song if you want.
