Dinner Party Help Needed: Friday 8/20

I’m throwing a buffet style dinner party for friends Friday 8/20. I would love to be able to relax and enjoy the company so am looking for a couple people to help: 1. Chef/cook to prep and grill meat, shrimp, and veggies for the buffet table. Most of the other food will be prepped ahead of time. 2. Party helper/co-host to help things run smoothly. Help prep and set out food, let guests in, replenish snacks and alcohol through the evening, light/relight candles, clear away dishes and keep the kitchen somewhat tidy. It will be an intimate party of about 20-25 people. A mix of professionals, artists, adventurers. There will be dogs present.
