Looking for a Producer to Engineer and Learn from

Hello all. I am looking for a producer to work for that's got more skill/experience than I do. I'm in Northern California, but am willing to move almost anywhere to do this work at a higher capacity. I own a bit of gear myself, 20 mics, a Really Nice and Golden Age LA3S compressors, Adam A7x monitors, synths, guitar, bass, drums, effects. I have worked with most genres of music from HipHop to Metal, Classical to World, Electronic and Experimental.
