20 lb terrier black gray and white looks like a raccoon responds to the name tiger lily she pulled off collar and ran away from the front door towards 33rd and Garvin in Richmond, ca. Three passing cars blocked my way and couldn't see where she went spent 4 hours driving around looking for her last night and this morning she is playful likes to bark and laying on my front porch if found please contact Todd at
