Looking for a crew member for our wedding florist business to assist with delivery and breakdown of events. Duties include, but not limited to: loading of trucks/vans prior to wedding, unloading items and setting up wedding displays. Some events may require returning at night to pick up items. Attention to detail, professional appearance and behavior is a must. Must be able to lift and carry 40lbs, comfortable working on a ladder is a plus, as well as familiarity with basic tools. Clean license required, may be asked to drive cargo van or box truck. Background check will be done. For immediate hire for the following dates: 8/28/21 9/1/21 10/1/21 10/10/21 10/15/21 10/23/21 10/31/21 Travel locations vary across the state of Connecticut. Please inquire about specific dates and we will provide further details. Avg time per event set-up is 2hrs plus travel. Will be compensated for mileage to/from venue. Additional pay for nighttime pick ups.
