Moose my blood hound needs to go to rehab therapy after injuring his neck and is paralized in his legs..i need someone who can come help me out him in my SUV so I can take him to Salem and corvallis for rehab..i can't lift him by myself and I'm a senior..i can pay someone..if they can do it Two times a week..would only take a few minutes to load him..i live near waterloo
