I am looking for someone with skills in multiple areas. We do rental unit turns & upgrades along with property maintenance. We do not do high-end homes. Must be proficient in: finish/repair drywall & painting rough & finish carpentry, to include cabinet & countertop replacement & repair, decks, porches & steps, fencing electrical, to include basic wiring & fixture replacement plumbing, to include toilet flange replacement, garbage disposals, clogged drains & toilets, shower cartridges, toilet & sink installations, tub surrounds flooring, to include laying underlayment, leveling, vinyl plank & vinyl sheet must be able to work independently & productively must be detailed and organized must have your own basic hand tools and transportation/driver license must pass a basic background check as we go into occupied units to work must be able to take emergency calls 24/7 Please provide your full name, a resume or description of your experience and a phone number.
