Looking to pave a small area OR find indoor place to use

Hi, This is random from usual posts but I do a sport that I practice over smooth Flat ground...pavement, concrete, ect....And it is so hard finding Flat leveled pavement ground nowadays most places are slanted to some degree for storm drainage..parking lots even tennis basketball etc. For years I have been either looking to reach one of these owners to all the empty ex businesses you see ( no contact posted on a lot of buildings ) so that I can ask to use it lock up everytime be responsible sign any waiver and low rent cost alike a gym or pool memebership. OR....to pave a smooth layer over a spot I dont often but would use more - if only it was few feet wider and smoother. An area of a truck is why its leveled flat of about 12 by 40- 50 foot... and just thinking about getting it paved touched up of an area of about 15 by 20..smoother and little wider. The lot behind an empty for years store behind it is very quiet. And touching it up smoother shouldnt be a huge issue. So... If anyone by chance either knows of a business or owner in the area that could help an athlete have flat land for a couple hours in a day... ..or if anyone knows anyone who can pave a layer over a small area to practice over to make it spot smoother and a couple feet wider for part of it..
