Local real estate company is looking to hire a part time handyman ASAP. The hours will vary but will increase in the future -- looking for a prospective teammate. Work locations will be throughout Northern Kentucky, Cincinnati, and suburbs of Cincinnati. Handyman: - Do all maintenance and repairs - General labor and gopher - Work as an independent contractor Stage properties - Works whole day or 2 days to help move/assemble/install furniture - Puts out fires as needed…perform various technical and non-technical work MUST HAVE: - Own transportation and tools - Can lift and move equipment, furniture, etc. - Experience with basic home repair, installing doorknobs, putting in routers, setting up smart TVs, etc. Schedule: - Can work at any time - Can go to property w/in an hour’s notice Reliable!
