Looking for ballroom dancing in Greater Boston? Moseley's on the Charles in Dedham, the oldest continually running ballroom in the country, offers an authentic ballroom dance experience for dancers of all levels. New to ballroom dancing? Our welcoming, non-intimidating atmosphere offers newcomers the opportunity to try ballroom dancing before investing in private studio lessons. Seasoned dancers love our huge floating maple dance floor. This is a monthly dance held on the first Wednesday and is co-hosted by MASSabda (Massachusetts Ballroom Dance Association). We look forward to seeing you!  All skill levels welcome; partner not required. Wednesday, August 4 Doors open: 6:45 p.m. Dance lesson (Rumba): 7 p.m. Dance to live music by the Ray Cavicchio Band: 8 - 10:30 p.m. Admission: USA Dance members $12 (students $8); nonmembers $15; includes lesson, dancing, coffee and light refreshments (9 p.m.) Dress code: No jeans, t-shirts, shorts, sneakers Weather cancellation: Call , ext. 2, after 4 p.m. on the day of the dance Plenty of free parking Public transportation: From Forest Hills Station (Orange Line) take Bus #36 to Spring Street@VA Hospital stop; 7-minute walk to Moseley's
