My dog Pepper got loose at a vet clinic (Options Veterinary Clinic - just down from Humane Society) while being treated on Friday, July 30. She has no collar on because she wiggled out while the veterinarian doc had her on a leash outside. Small black chihuahua with some brown. She barks at strangers and will be scared so she might not come to you. Please let me know if you think you’ve spotted her or call Animal Control/ Washoe County Regional Animal Services. We are desperately trying to find her!Thank you!
