CorTEK, Inc. is looking to assemble a team of subcontractors (across all trades) to feed work to and grow together. We currently have a constant inflow of residential work to our company and are expanding into the commercial space quickly. Currently seeking subcontractors for aluminum fascia / soffit / siding installation and repair. We are hardworking go-getters with an emphasis on craftsmanship and creating value for our clients. We are looking for the same in our subcontractors and to build a long lasting and growing business relationships. Those that are willing to work even if they are on unemployment. Seeking subcontractors for the installation of aluminum fascia, soffit, aluminum & vinyl siding installation and repair. Materials & Equipment: • Materials will be provided / prefabricated / and onsite ready for installation • Some onsite fabrication will be required • Ladders / Brake / Planking can be provided @ a daily rental rate well below the current rates • Will purchase equipment as needed or purchase equipment for your company at purchase price plus 15% interest deducted from Projects will be paid accordingly and increase with growth: • Time & Material basis including your drive time to jobs • labor rate @ $22 hr. (1 man crew) $44 (2-man crew) • Fuel allowance of $.12 per mile Requirements: • Reliable with references • Great customer service skills • Can demonstrate examples of prior work performed • 5+ years in exterior finish systems or general carpentry • Valid Driver’s License • 1099 and incorporated (unincorporated parties will be considered or considered for direct employment) • General Liability Insurance • Work Truck or Van • Ambition and the desire to grow Company will assist in: • Acquiring 10 or 30 Hr. OSHA Certs or any other certifications that will aid in the expansion and growth of all parties. • Incorporation of your own company (if not already in place). • Securing General Liability insurance for your company (if not already in place). Work orders will be provided for each job with detailed scopes of work per job / Schedule the projects according to your existing schedule. Looking to build long lasting relationships.
