My current maintenance person of 6 years has retired and I am looking for a maintenance person to help perform various maintenance for my rental portfolio. The rental properties are located in Westland, Dearborn Heights, and Inkster. I am looking for someone - ideally, that is retired and looking to make some extra money on the side and lives near where my properties are located. Looking for someone with the following skillset. - light drywall repairs - paint - light electrical - landscape tasks - routine tasks (change filters, check gutters, etc.) - change locks - minor plumbing. - tile repair/replacement - can help oversee other items performed by other vendors Need to be able to accept payment electronically (ZELLE). This is a must.
