Looking for dependable, honest, person who has general knowledge and basic experience to complete various small and medium tasks in and outside of a large private home/landscape located in Missoula city South Hills. Depending on experience this could lead to numerous additional more complex maintenance needs and a year round 'go to' person who could respond to occasional help as the need arises. Example of minor tasks: Remount curtain rod, move boxes, replace frame screws, washers on hose bibs, clean windows, change light bulbs, trim shrubs, apply weather stripping, fertilize trees, hang and refill birdfeeders etc. Example of more complex needs: Replace deck boards, refinish decks and stain, interior and exterior repair and paint etc. Experienced guidance and consultation available if needed.
