Lost white pitbull spotted

Saturday at 11:30 am...White pitbull looking dog in shadle. Looked lost on Walnut street between Queen and Wabash. Came up Walnut towards Queen and then turned around to head back down Walnut towards Wabash. There was a guy guy with a backpack on that was jogging right before I saw the dog. Maybe he was running from the dog. Hopefully he did not ditch the dog?
