We also provide commercial snow removal services. www.GreensceneLandscapesSTL.com Currently seeking Landscape Crew foreman and Team members Landscape/Hardscape Foreman We are looking for someone who is experienced in landscape and hardscape construction to run a crew of two to three team members. Sign on BONUS $300 after 45 days. This position will be the number two spot and will help the company grow Applicant must - Have some working knowledge of the Landscape/Hardscape and Snow Removal industry such as Retaining Walls, Paver Patios, Concrete, Outdoor Kitchens, Fireplaces and fire pits - Have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation to work - Have good work ethic and problem solving skills - Be able to drive a skid steer and mini excavator - Be able to drive a Plow Truck (snow removal) - Plant and horticulture knowledge is a plus - Be willing to get NCMA and/or ICPI certified (we will pay for education under certain terms and conditions) Pay will depend on your experience and ability to do the job ( $18-$22 per Hr) -Willing to work thru the night for snow removal (pay is time and a half) -Overtime available -Paid Holidays after one year (5 total holidays) -Ability to earn Bonuses based on performance of your crew -Bonuses for sold job leads and referrals for hired employees -Weekends off Landscape Team Member We are looking for a team member to labor for and help construct our landscape and hardscape projects. Sign on Bonus of $100 per month for first 3 months THAT'S $300 TOTAL after your 30, 60, 90 days at work with good performance and attendance Applicant must - Have good work ethic - Be dependable - Be coachable (We will teach you what you need to know) - Physically able to lift 80lbs - Have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation to work - Enjoys working with hands and being outside - Landscape or Construction knowledge is a plus - Plant knowledge is a plus Pay will depend on your experience and ability to do the job ( $14-18 per Hr) -Willing to work thru the night for snow removal (pay is time and a half) -Overtime available -Paid Holidays after one year (5 total holidays) -Ability to earn Bonuses thru referrals of employees and sold jobs -Weekends off If you have been feeling unappreciated at your current employer or are just looking for a great place to work check us out.
