Outdoor/Neighborhood Cat Needs Land!

Description

We have a male neighborhood cat (roughly two years old) that I have tried to domesticate but he is insistent on being outside. I have taken him to the vet (he is now neutered, vaccinated, and chipped) and he is fed by us daily... however he does not like being in the house, at all. This is not a problem for me personally, but unfortunately some of the neighbors are against having him around, and I worry for his safety as our neighborhood has extremely high vehicle traffic. I am trying to find him some "wide open spaces" (sing it like The Chicks) where he can be safe and loved. I am hoping to find someone with a farm/land, in a more rural part of the county or surrounding areas, that is in need of a snuggly yet independent little guy. The adoption fee is $25 to cover the vet visits he has had (neuter, vaccines, and microchipping). I will provide: vet paperwork, microchip paperwork and a cat carrier.
