Have you lost an orange tabby cat in Cockeysville (near NCR trail-Paper Mill area)? One came by twice today and was at my sliding door screen scaring my pets so I ran him off twice. But another neighbor said they saw a flyer but I have not seen any flyers. I will try and update with a photo if/when he returns. This cat was orange but a lighter washed out kind of orange. Not fat or very large - medium in size. He is not in my possession, but would like to work with owner to reunite. Not sure if calling Animal Control would help as it is a moving target and they would likely not spend time tracking.
