Janitor/Light Maintenance Tech Needed for Historic Building We are looking to add a member to our team who is thorough, efficient, and enjoys working in a positive environment. This is 40-hour/week position, scheduled hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday-Friday located in Old Town Portland. $17-18/hour DOE + Full Benefits Duties include: -Picking up grounds -Daily common area cleaning, to include resident restrooms, laundry rooms, hallways, stairwells, elevator, etc. -Knowledge of basic maintenance and/or preventative maintenance are preferred. A pre-employment background check and ability to pass a drug screen are required on all final candidates.
