Service Point has an immediate opportunity for a self-motivated individual to work as a Janitorial Floater. This is an important position as the Floater is an extension of the company and must be presentable, respectful, positive and approachable at all times. The Floater position has 3 distinct areas of responsibilities; 1. assist in office/warehouse 2. travel to customer accounts each night and perform janitorial duties (trashing, vacuuming, dusting, clean restrooms, mopping, etc) 3. perform cleaning inspections on mobile phone/tablet. Although your hours are the same every day, your activities / locations will be different each night. So, if you like a variety of activities in your daily work this might be the opportunity for you! The floater position will report to Night Operations Manager. Key Responsibilities: • Come to office every day and communicate with Night Operations Manager. You will be given nightly route/assignment each day. • Cover cleaning shifts for employees who call out sick or have scheduled time off. • Complete cleaning inspections as assigned. • Work in warehouse/deliver supplies as assigned. Job Requirements: • Ability to communicate clearly, effectively in English and Spanish • Be punctual and have exceptional attendance • Be proficient on smart phones/computers/tablets for emailing, texting, and completing inspections • Authorized to legally work in the United States • Pass criminal background check • Valid Oregon Drivers License and reliable transportation • Ability to perform physical work including; kneeling, standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50lbs throughout the shift.
