Parts Department - Auto Body Shop (Beaverton, OR)
High-end Certified Auto Collision Center is seeking a hard-working individual to join our team in our Parts Department. The individual who fills this position will report to the Production Operations Manager and will be responsible for helping ensure that the department runs efficiently.
We continue to strive for the highest level of skill and technical ability in the industry. As a result, we are certified in several OEM manufacturers such as Audi, Porsche, Tesla, Mercedes, and many more!
Responsibilities include:
* Order parts via email, phone, or fax
* Post invoices and credits into the management system
* Return parts and track credits
* Pick up parts from vendors when needed
* Check parts for damage
* Delivery (mirror match) parts to Technicians
* Other duties as necessary
Ideal candidates will have the following:
* The ability to work well under pressure and with others
* A valid driver's license and an insurable driving record
* 2 years’ experience working in auto body parts preferred
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Attention to detail is a must
* Excellent organizational skills
* A sense of urgency when necessary
* A positive attitude and a desire to work hard
Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, DMV check, and background check.
Compensation: Hourly pay DOE (Depends on Experience)
Benefits are available after a short probationary period and include Medical/Vision/Dental, a 401(k) program, and Vacation pay.
