Found: older grey Male chihuahua running down Minnehaha. Vet scanned and he has No microchip. To identify and assure me that he's youre fur baby, please him describe the collar/collars he was wearing and if he's Neutered/not Neutered. He's currently resting at my house. He was awful scared and running awfully fast.
