Need Help with general renovation and repair

Seeking a helper with past experience to do some general renovation to include laying vinyl plank flooring, small odd jobs/maintenance, repair and painting. We are looking for someone who is reliable, has own transportation and would expect you to work between 6-8 hour days until completion with 2 days off per week. Someone semi-retired is fine. Pay is $15/hour cash paid daily. If your work is good, this could lead to future work needing done on another two properties. We have all the tools necessary but need your time and skills from past experience.
