Change out 3-piece bathroom faucet

Need a qualified plumber or experienced handyman that can remove existing 3-piece faucet and replace with new one that I have. It is a pedestal sink and we are also replacing the old plunger/stopper with the new "pop-up" type. Should take less than an hour for someone that knows their stuff. We live one block off Route 15, near the Point of Rocks traffic circle. We will have parts on Monday, August 2, so anytime after works.
