All Temps is currently hiring an Event Traffic Control Supervisor to manage a crew of Event Control associates, handle daily paperwork/scheduling, and monitor the flow of traffic around sites for the following shifts: AM Shift – 4:45AM – 1:30PM PM Shift – 1:30PM – 10:00PM Responsibilities: Must have previous experience as an event traffic controller or related positions. Be able to withstand physical requirements of position such as: standing for 8-10 hours daily and endure in outside elements- Heat, Cold, Rain, and Lifting 10+ pounds when needed. Ensure associates are safely and correctly directing traffic, Promote and practice safety procedures. Complete daily logs, scheduling and maintain attendance logs, etc. Maintaining a safe and clean job site, routinely ensure associates necessary tools/PPE. Communicating with other Event Traffic Controllers using hand-held radios to direct two-way traffic onto a single lane. Requirements: High school diploma or GED. Proven experience working as an Event Traffic Control Supervisor is a plus Sound knowledge of state traffic regulations. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to work as part of a team. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing Be able to receive and give clear instructions, procedures, and trainings to and from associates. Knowledge in safety procedures and directing traffic. The ability to work in harsh weather conditions. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Exceptional observation skills. Effective communication skills. This position will require you to be able to lead team of Event Traffic Control staff professionally and safely while working around traffic, generally loud noise levels.
