Property Work: Labor, Handyman, Tractor Operator

Seeking someone to do various property work that I cannot get to right now but needs to be done now. (several buildings, 5+ acres) I explain as much as possible up front below so please read before contacting me. You would have access onsite to the tools & equipment to do work we agree on. This may include: my tractor (30hp, hydrostatic), shredder, box blade, auger, loader, small chainsaw, weed whacker, various hand power tools, landscaping equipment, etc. I expect that they are all returned each day in same excellent working order that I supply them to you for use on the job onsite. 6 hrs per day, actual # of days you work depends on your skills and interest in doing the various projects I need done. Your choice to work the 6 hours anytime between 6am and 3pm. $120/day cash paid each day upon completion of work we agree to be completed for the day. Note: you own responsibility for your own insurance and such while on my property. I assume zero personal liability while you are on my property. Only interested in a person willing to do good work as if it was their own property/projects - quality of work will matter. Preference will go to person that possesses the skills/interest to do most of the projects over the course of the next week + so please consider that before contacting me. Requirements: - must have your own reliable transport to/from job site - excellent work ethic - highly responsible - good with hands - hard worker - able to handle the physical part of the work (50+lbs lifting, etc) - any tractor related work requires previous experience / operator skills (no amateur hour) - any shed, building type work requires previous experience / decent carpentry and/or handyman skills (basic framing, fencing, repairs, etc) - no smoking within 100 feet of any of the buildings - no drugs on the property at all, no exceptions - clean up after yourself everyday Examples of work to be done that I am seeking help includes: - clean up on the property (labor) - fix the gravel drive (re-level certain areas) >> tractor skills required - extend a parking pad >> tractor skills required - level some areas on the property >> tractor skills required - shed build work >> good basic carpentry skills required - small fenced area installed >> good basic carpentry skills required - wood gate(s) built >> good basic carpentry skills required - basic landscaping items (shredding, cut back limbs, weeding, etc) - reinstall pavers on small patio - clean out garden shed - building shelves in garden shed - disassembly of some wooden structures on the property - small fixes to exterior of house Only contact me if you are the person interested in the work / no 3rd parties / no solicitors!
