Immediate Openings for Full Time crew members. Looking for candidates that enjoy working outdoors with the ability to operate commercial mowing and landscaping equipment. General description • Cut lawns using various mowing equipment to include but not limited to stand on mowers, Stand-on zero turn mowers, and sit down zero turn mowers. • Pick up trash and other obstacles in mowing area prior to mowing. • Trimming of hard surfaces, fences, posts, trees, and structures using weed eaters. • Blowing off all hard surfaces and other designated areas with blower. • General landscaping to include working with mulch, rock, brick, pavers. Planting shrubs, trees, plants and such. • Weeding of plant beds and landscaped areas. • Other duties as needed and assigned. Qualifications and Education Requirements: • Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record. • Must be at least 18 years old. • Must have your own transportation. • Must be authorized to work in the United States. • Ability to work weekends or overtime when need to stay on schedule. • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. • Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions. • Must be physically capable of walking, standing, kneeling, lifting repetitively for extended periods of time in both the cold and heat. • Ability to perform heavy and repetitive duties safely and efficiently. Preferred Skills: • Ability to operate commercial mowers, large pick-up trucks, and haul trailers. • Ability to operate equipment including but not limited to weed eaters, various hand tools, blowers, etc. • Ability to perform equipment maintenance such as cleaning, fueling, greasing, checking fluid levels, etc. • Class E license a plus.
