We are a management company with 72+ units and growing in the area and we are looking for the following. - Handyman - HVAC Tech - Plumber - Electrician - Lawn Care Services - Pest Control Services - Painters - General contractors to handle (Unit turnovers, renovations, remodels) Please respond with the following: - Your Name - Your trade/specialty - Are you a company or individual. - Are you able to provide free estimates - if you have a fee for service calls how much is it - You must be available Mon-Fridays. Times can vary as long as you are available those days. - Can you work the occasional weekend /emergency situations - Do you have a license or access to one.
