Control Air Enterprises has an immediate opening for a part-time evening janitor in Anaheim. All applicants must have reliable transportation, and submit to a background screening and drug test. Cleaning experience is highly preferred. While the job is not strenuous, you will have to move consistently for up to four hours. This involves walking, standing, bending, reaching and lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds. This building has recently been remodeled, so attention to detail is required to keep everything looking new. Nightly Duties Include: -Conducting all required cleaning for assigned areas. -Clean, sanitize, disinfect all common touch areas. -General cleaning of public areas, offices, workstations, conference rooms. -Cleaning, sanitizing and restocking restrooms. -Cleaning, sanitizing and restocking lunch/breakrooms. -Emptying trash receptacles from cubicles, offices and public areas. -Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. -Dusting of furniture, desks, fixtures, vents and other flat surfaces. -Polishing of glass and other flat surfaces. -Other duties as assigned Additionally: -Maintains a neat and orderly work area, including janitorial closets and storage areas. -Works safely and promptly inform management about unsafe conditions existing in the work area or concerning the need for repairs or maintenance. -Wears personal protective equipment appropriate for the task being performed. -Adheres to proper security procedures.
