Installer Lead Needed! Full Time position + Overtime. Compensation is to be determined depending on experience. Responsibilities: * Relevant and sustained installation experience in the industry * Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic * Substantial experience working with vinyl, wood, aluminum, and caulking in interior/exterior trim applications * Ability to effectively lead and manage helpers * Solution-oriented and innovative thinking abilities * Strong communication skills * Ability to exceed customer expectations Requirements: * Self-starters who are responsible, take initiative and work independently * Must be able to read, understand detail instructions on contracts and communicate clearly with customers • Experience and proven measuring skills required • Exceptional customer service and communication skills • Extensive experience installing Hunter Douglas blinds, shades and shutters or similar brands of equal quality • Leaves positive and lasting impressions during and after the installation is complete • Strong organizational skills to schedule appointments and complete client orders • Basic technical and computer skills • Clean Driver's Record • Ability to lift 50-100lbs CALL MADDY IN THE OFFICE TO SCHEDULE AN INTERVIEW...949-831-4400
