I'm a UofR alumni and current graduate student. I just moved back to the area from California and my friend had one extra pup from the litter on their farm up in Napa Valley. They sell for quite a bit ($800-$1300). I brought him here with me to be adopted. He's mostly potty trained, and already knows fetch and he's only 6.5 weeks. You'll need to have a lot of energy and you absolutely cannot break his trust. He's smart. Very smart. He has a prey drive but he's not over the top or aggressive. He'll nibble. He's active. And he's obedient. That's my favorite thing about him. I'm rehoming for $500 but I'm willing to bring that down for the right person, nothing under $400 for rehoming. I've gotten a lot of emails but I'm still looking for the perfect home for him. Someone with experience with puppies please or taking care of older people. You need patience; he's a rare smart breed.
