Immediate opening for a Plumber who can manage projects on a day-to-day basis. This is a great opportunity to work with for a well-established and experienced Construction company. Responsibilities: • Ensure that all corporate safety procedures for personnel and equipment in department are followed. • Install plumbing per code on assigned jobs • Install toilets, shower pans, tubs, faucets, fixtures, and water heaters • Knowledge of plumbing repairs and Maintenance • May be required to perform various manual task in other departments as warranted by workload in that department • Must work/communicate closely with management and other departments to resolve problems and to coordinate activities Qualifications: • The Applicant should have a High School Diploma or GED • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Residential New Construction and Commercial Plumbing • Experience with underground and tub set phases • Experience in rough and trim plumbing • Must be able to lift at least 50lbs • Ability to read and understand construction blueprints • Must be self-directed and capable of handling multiple tasks with minimal supervision ***** Journeyman Level Preferred Must pass a national background check and have a clean current Florida driver’s license with minimal or no points, no exceptions.
