Job Description Our small marina is looking for a reliable, organized and very self-motivated individual to tend to the day-to-day maintenance aspects of our marina. This successful applicant will have a positive attitude, a desire to work as efficiently as possible, and excellent customer service skills. We are looking for someone who can operate effectively with little or no supervision. This person will be responsible for keeping the docks clean, maintaining a dock box inventory and moving dock boxes, meter reading, landscaping, keeping parking lots clean and other duties as assigned by the manager. Responsibilities: -Keeping docks clean. -Dock Box maintenance and tracking -Monthly meter reads -General landscaping, weeding, trimming -Keeping parking lots clean -Emptying trash - Job Requirements: -Experience on docks -Some landscaping experience -Must be able to multi-task. -Experience in a fast paced environment. -Ability to work well under limited supervision. -Must be punctual and have good attendance habits
