Description

This employee works with the general manager and board of directors to ensure quality maintenance of Dominion Terrace facilities, property and assets. The duties are expected to be revised by fall 2022, when the current general manager retires. Current duties include maintaining the pool; transporting trash from condos to dumpsters weekly; cleaning the clubhouse and shop; checking, cleaning or replacing a variety of filters, batteries, and vents according to a schedule; maintaining the generator; cleaning gutters and roofs; assisting with irrigation and drainage management; ensuring the truck is serviced; painting occasionally; performing minor maintenance inside residents' condos; and doing other tasks as needed. Maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 pounds and to work in enclosed or high places are required. Experience working with people over 55 is preferred. Reliability, discretion, on-time arrival, and respectful behavior are expected.
