Small Construction Company needs an experienced working foreman to lead the construction of a new home project. Must have substantial experience in all aspects of residential construction including but not limited to: reading and interpreting plans, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, supervising crew,, managing sub contractors, and budgeting/planning. Must have good decision making, work ethic, written and verbal communication skills that help coordinate this project so it will finish on time. Must provide references and be drug free.
