HVAC Technicians needed for residential apartments.
• EPA Certification REQUIRED
• Must have a valid driver's license and a car to use for work
• Must be willing to move between buildings as requested
• Proven experience as a HVAC Technician
• Understanding of condensation leaks, AC maintenance, BTU
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
