EXPERIENCED PAINTERS NEEDED (Glendale/LA County) Painter/Drywall Repair Looking for individuals who can be responsible for painting, patching, spraying and repairing drywall and plaster. Projects include but painting apartments. We are a stable and established Property Management company in the San Fernando Valley area. Our company is growing, and we are in search of a full-time experienced painter. If you have 3+ years of painting experience, we want to hear from you. We expect our employees to be hardworking, reliable, have a good attitude. Also, an honest and reliable individual who will bring professionalism and painting experience to our company. Job Description: We are looking for candidates with attention to detail and good dexterity for the position of an painter. Able to maintain technical equipment for the job and ensuring that they are in working order, possessing a wide array of painting tools including thin and thick brushes, airbrushes, and rollers, and removing previous paint surfaces using masking or a chemical rinse, among other duties. Tasks include, but not limited to: brush work, rolling, drywall patch, drywall installation and painting. You must have the ability to take initiative and offer support and hands-on skills to each project. Requirements: - Must be detail-oriented, responsible, punctual, dedicated, and hardworking. - You must be able to assist with the management, flow of the jobsite. Responsibilities: • Must be able to use a spray gun and be able to roll walls • Know how to tape, cut, and cover • Understand & enforce drying times for all products • Attention to detail and a high regard for quality • Follow safety practices, policies and procedures. Maintaining a safe work environment. • Must have own basic hand tools • Ability to follow instruction and work independently and/or with minimal supervision • Strong work ethic • Verbal and written communication skills • Punctual arrival time and ready to work Must have: • Must have a valid ID • Reliable transportation • Already own a basic tools Compensation: - Can be hourly, daily or per job.
