General Handyman A Hudson County Property Mgmt company is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Person/Maintenance position with experience in light Plumbing, Carpentry, and Painting. Must have a Valid NJ Drivers Lisence and own Transportation and must live in Hudson County or Bergen County. Some responsibilities may include but are not limited Skill requirements: · Property Inspections detailed eye · Landscaping experience · Snow removal experience · Power wash cleaning experience · Maintenance Person repair, drilling, door nob replacement etc.. · Fall clean out service- air blow the front of the property and bagging up leaves · Tile and grout and caulking - Experience · Replacing AC Filters · Flush out and properly drain water heaters · Window guard installation · Bleed out radiators · Window cleaning - Light electrical skills/knowledge - Light plumbing skills/knowledge - tiling skills - drywall and paint skills & Spackling - Sanding, Framing and sheet rock - Woodworking General requirements: - Reliable, responsive and professional - Fully equipped to handle all types of painting or Home Improvement assignments. - Must have a vehicle - Ladders for interior and exterior (extension ladders) projects - Self starter, confident problem solving and working alone or with a team. - Experience handling service calls and remodeling work What we offer: - Full-time work 5 to 6 days per week Email resume with Salary requirements.
