Company Overview: First Allegiance is an established property preservation firm located in Bayonne, NJ. We coordinate a wide range of services on bank-owned properties throughout the United States. Please visit www.firstallegiance.com to learn more. We are looking for cleaners to take care of our properties in Northern NJ area. They should be able to commute to Bayonne, NJ. Attention to detail is very important as this would be a white glove cleaning service. Cleaners must be efficient, effective, detail orientated, and a great team player. Must be able to lift up to 30lbs. Responsibilities: - Clean, stock, and supply designated areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, etc.) - Install auxiliary items (smoke detectors, carbon monoxide, etc.) - Carry out garbage/trash from the property - Make adjustments and or minor repairs - Follow all health and safety protocol Schedule: - Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM (will be required to work extra per business needs) - Must be able to work Saturday (1 or more times in a month) Requirement: - Previous cleaning experience (preferred) - Driver license (preferred) - Must be reachable via phone/email/text throughout the day.
