Landscaper - Winter Garden Florida Horizon Land Management is a rapidly growing Landscaping & Erosion Control company working with some of the largest builders in central Florida. JOB Description – This position is labor intensive and requires lifting, loading and unloading, working a shovel, mower and backpack blower. Pay based on performance. Hourly and salary positions available. Pay range: $12-15h/hr Major Tasks- Operating Lawnmower Operating Weedeater Operating a backpack blower Communicate any issues to crew leaders or senior management Deliver customer service Basic qualifications- 18 years or older Have reliable transportation Job Type: Full-time Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off (Vacation / Sick Leave) Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Education: High school or equivalent (preferred but not required) Experience: Landscape Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred but not required) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)
